We are seeking a motivated, ambitious, and creative Senior Business Development Manager in Ireland to join our Growth Team based in Skerries and the UK.
You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to fuel the sales pipeline.
Your primary focus will be on creating and prioritizing strategic target account lists within a defined territory.
You will research and build new and existing accounts, conduct market research, and develop relationships with potential clients across all cities in the UK to increase brand awareness of Alkimii within the hospitality sector.

What will you be doing?
A typical day for a Senior Business Development Manager includes:
* Understanding how Alkimii increases efficiency for our customers
* Active prospecting to build your pipeline through LinkedIn, Perlon AI, cold calls, and email campaigns in collaboration with marketing
* Scheduling discovery calls to understand potential clients' needs and fit
* Maintaining sales reports, developing market and competitor knowledge, delivering presentations, and creating sales proposals
* Identifying customer needs and suggesting appropriate solutions
* Conducting demos with potential clients
* Seeking new business opportunities proactively
* Providing activity and results reports to the senior team
* Working towards and achieving monthly targets
* Upselling to existing customers and promoting new features
* Managing a sales pipeline using HubSpot and keeping it updated
* Preparing quotes and setting up direct debits
* Driving growth through your ideas and business development experience in a scale-up environment
