3. Supporting stakeholder engagement to enable timely decisions
4. Coordinating internal teams, consultants, contractors and framework partners
5. Supporting contract administration activities (NEC3/NEC4), including early warnings and compensation events
6. Assisting with project tracking, including programme, cost and risk management
7. Supporting regulatory engagement with organisations such as Ofwat, Drinking Water Inspectorate (DWI), Environment Agency (EA) and RAPID

Additional requirements specific to the role:

8. Hybrid working with occasional travel to sites and stakeholder locations, therefore driving licence is essential
9. Involvement in site visits to support health & safety and quality compliance

What you’ll bring to the role:

Essential

10. Experience supporting infrastructure, utilities or engineering projects

12. Good understanding of project reporting, tracking and performance monitoring
13. Awareness of health & safety regulations, including Construction Design and Management (CDM)
14. Commercial awareness and understanding of budgets and forecasting

Desirable

15. Experience working in a regulated water or utilities environment
16. Knowledge of NEC3 or NEC4 contracts and processes
17. Experience working with consultants, contractors and delivery partners
18. Working towards or holding a qualification in project management, engineering or construction management
