Your role

Lead all aspects of life in the community, ensuring smooth 24/7 operations

Motivate and support a multi:disciplinary team to achieve great results

Work with the Chef Manager to deliver high:quality, value:for:money dining

Build strong relationships with residents, leaseholders, and stakeholders
