Main Duties
* Provide personal care and support to clients in their own homes, including assistance with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and toileting.
* Assist with meal preparation, medication administration, and other health-related tasks as directed.
* Offer companionship and emotional support to clients, ensuring their mental and emotional well-being.
* Assist clients with mobility and provide support for those with physical disabilities.
* Monitor and report any changes in clients’ health or well-being to senior staff or healthcare professionals.
* Help maintain a clean and safe environment in clients’ homes.
* Work collaboratively with other care professionals, family members, and healthcare providers to deliver the best possible care.
* Maintain accurate records of care provided, following company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in a care role is desirable but not essential; full training will be provided.
* A compassionate and empathetic approach to care.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* A respectful and professional attitude towards clients and colleagues.
* Willingness to undergo background checks and provide references.
* A valid driving licence and access to a vehicle is desirable but not essential.
* Visa sponsorship for eligible candidates (English Language requirement must be met).
