Due to significant growth and secured long-term contracts with key oil and gas clients, we're seeking an exceptional Contracts Manager to drive forward our ambitious portfolio. This role offers a unique chance to lead dynamic teams, oversee significant civil engineering and mechanical installations, and play a crucial role in delivering nationally recognised infrastructure projects.
Your Impact:
* Lead and inspire project teams to deliver exceptional civil and mechanical engineering projects.
* Full operational and commercial responsibility for nationwide project delivery.
* Ensure rigorous compliance with Health & Safety standards and client specifications.
* Effectively manage project budgets, maximising profitability while mitigating risk.
* Build strong relationships with blue-chip oil and gas clients, ensuring outstanding service and quality.
What You Bring:
* Minimum 10 years’ experience as a Contracts Manager within civil engineering, pipeline, or utilities sectors.
* Proven expertise working with major oil and gas companies.
* Demonstrable track record of successfully managing complex civil/mechanical projects.
* Extensive commercial, financial, and risk management experience.
* Strong leadership qualities and excellent communication skills.
