Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our Business Services, Operational Support, and Finance Team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organisational and communication skills and be open to new challenges.
The successful candidate will become part of the Corporate Appointee team, collaborating with social workers in Adult Services to support clients under corporate appointeeship. Responsibilities may vary depending on service demands.
Education:
Essential: Minimum of two SCE Higher Grades or equivalent, along with evidence of literacy and numeracy skills such as at least three Standard Grade passes, including English and Mathematics.
Experience:
Essential: Experience working in a Local Government environment, with knowledge of computer-based financial management and reporting systems used by Council services. Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages is also required.
Desirable: Experience in supervising and training staff would be advantageous.

Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, 7 hours and 12 minutes daily
Salary: Starting at £28,440.19 per annum, based on 36 hours/week over 52 weeks, in accordance with council policy on salary points.
Responsibilities
Compliance with the Cabinet Office PSN (Public Sector Network) Code of Connection is mandatory.
