Somerce is a TikTok Shop specialist agency focused on driving GMV growth for brands. We work with some of the fastest‑growing beauty, fashion, lifestyle and FMCG brands across the UK, US and EU. LIVE commerce sits at the heart of what we do, and our presenters play a critical role in converting traffic into sales. Our clients include: P.Louise, Unilever, Free Soul & L'Oréal.
What You Will Do
This is not a "just go live and talk" role. We're looking for confident, commercially minded TikTok LIVE Presenters who can host high‑performing lives, sell products naturally and adapt in real time to performance. You'll be front and centre on LIVE, representing major brands and driving measurable revenue.
LIVE Presentation & Selling
* Host TikTok Shop LIVE sessions for leading e‑commerce brands
* Confidently present, demonstrate and sell products on camera
* Drive engagement, urgency and conversion throughout each LIVE
* Follow live trading plans including:
o Product sequencing
o Bundles
o Offers and incentives
* Adapt tone, pacing and messaging based on live performance
Commercial Awareness
* Understand what's selling and why
* React quickly to:
o Stock levels
o Conversion trends
o Audience behaviour
* Push hero products and deals at the right moments
* Take direction from LIVE Ops and Strategists during broadcasts
Preparation & Professionalism
* Arrive fully prepared for each LIVE
* Understand brand tone, key messages and product USPs
* Represent brands professionally and confidently at all times
* Work collaboratively with producers, ops and wider teams
Performance & Feedback
* Take feedback onboard to continuously improve performance
* Understand basic LIVE performance metrics (GMV, conversion, AOV)
* Aim to improve results live‑by‑live
Requirements
What We're Looking For
Essential
* Confident on camera with strong communication skills
* Natural seller with the ability to build rapport quickly
* Comfortable hosting LIVE for extended periods
* Reliable, punctual and professional
* Willingness to learn and improve
Desirable
* Experience presenting on TikTok LIVE or similar platforms
* Background in beauty, fashion, lifestyle or FMCG
* Sales, retail or live presenting experience
