you will be a critical escalation point within the support team. Your primary responsibility will be investigating and resolving support cases escalated by the service desk team, ensuring issues are managed and resolved effectively and efficiently.
As Senior Microsoft Engineer, you'll be responsible for:
* Taking ownership of complex Microsoft 365 & on-premises server incidents, service requests, and problem records, driving them to resolution.
* Serving as a technical escalation point within the third line team for on-premises technologies.
* Achieving and maintain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) as defined by the Support Team Manager.
We'd love you to have
* Working on Windows, iOS, Android and Linux operating systems
* Working with on-premises technologies (e.g. Exchange, Operations Manager, SQL, SCCM, NPS, FSLogix, Active Directory – ADDC, ADFS, DNS, DHCP)
* Having experience working with Teams Telephony systems, Defender Endpoint and Sentinel
* demonstrating passion for continuous learning, with a drive to stay current with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies
