What You’ll Receive: - Male Support Care Worker, Yeovil, Somerset
* Competitive salary of £24,195 (pro-rata for part-time)
* £63.70 flat rate for each sleep-in shift

Who We’re Looking For: -Male Support Care Worker, Yeovil, Somerset
* Someone who genuinely cares about people
* A great listener with a warm, respectful approach
* A positive attitude and natural empathy
* Someone flexible with working hours (including evenings, weekends, and holidays)
* A Full UK driving license – essential for supporting people out and about
* Male applicants only, in line with the personal care needs of the individuals we support (Equality Act 2010, Schedule 9, Part 1)
What the Role Involves:
* Supporting individuals in their daily lives – at home and in the community
* Encouraging independence, confidence, and self-expression
* Creating meaningful connections and shared experiences
* Working a variety of shifts as part of a 24-hour care team, including:
* Day shifts
* Evenings and weekends
* Sleep-ins (22:00 – 07:00), paid at £63.70 per night
* Enjoying the benefit of 4 weeks’ advance notice on your rota
