Job Title: Obs, Gynae and General Sonographers Banding: Band 7 Location: Yorkshire - Private Hospital Start: ASAP Duration: Ongoing Rate: £50-51 per hour, uplifts for the weekends Working Hours: Monday to Sunday, 0900-1330 or 1700-2000 or 0900-1700 We are seeking an exceptionally skilled and motivated Obs, Gynae and General Sonographers to join our esteemed private client in Yorkshire. This role requires working in a dynamic and fast-paced imaging department, where you will be responsible for performing high-quality ultrasound scans on patients. Your specialist expertise will be pivotal in supporting accurate diagnoses and delivering outstanding patient care. Key Responsibilities In this role, you will independently perform Obs, Gynae and General ultrasound examinations, ensuring high standards of clinical practice and patient safety. You will work closely with radiologists and other healthcare professionals, contribute to multidisciplinary discussions, and maintain accurate and timely documentation. Adherence to departmental protocols and national guidelines is essential. Qualifications and Experience: Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) or Society of Radiographers (SoR). Postgraduate qualification in Medical Ultrasound or equivalent. Extensive experience in Obs sonography is essential, ideally General & Gynae scans as well Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient-centred care. Why Work with Pulse?
