Responsibilities
· Qualify potential applicants to ensure suitability for available properties.
· Arrange property viewings and valuation appointments.
· Conduct accompanied property viewings with prospective tenants.
· Take tenant applications and present them to landlords for review and approval.
· Chase and manage the referencing process to ensure timely completion.
· Arrange required property certificates and compliance checks prior to tenant move-in.
· Carry out general office administration to support the lettings function.
· Conduct "move-in" appointments with tenants, ensuring all documentation, keys, and compliance requirements are in place.
