Role Overview
As an Operations Business Administration Manager, you’ll lead a team of four Divisional Administrators to manage key tasks in a fast-paced environment. Your attention to detail will be essential in supporting operational functions related to Quality, People, and Finance, ensuring timely, accurate completion of all administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain databases and systems (Sona, Nourish, People XD) and generate reports.
* Oversee compliance, including Safeguarding and CQC notifications.
* Manage key metrics and ensure timely reporting to stakeholders.
* Support business continuity planning and mobility vehicle schedules.
* Lead the management of bank colleagues and ensure training compliance.
* Handle various administrative tasks like hospital admissions and annual reviews.
Required Skills & Experience
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
* Experience in office administration, ideally in the care sector.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
* Strong communication and leadership skills.
