Your responsibilities:
* Handle all types of pet claims from start to finish. This can include chasing vet practices to submit the relevant medical documents asap.
* Handle customer queries from start to finish with both potential customers and existing customers. This will include telephone conversations, real time messaging and answering emails.
* Keeping customers in the loop. We want you to be hands-on with Waggel members. Pet insurance is scary and confusing and we believe that these feelings can be mitigated by being as human as possible.
* Going the extra mile. We provide gifts for happy moments and write cards for the sad. We want you to take the initiative on what that "extra mile" means.
Requirements:
* Qualified or progression to the qualification of RVN or MRCVS.
* Love people, but love their pets more.
* Have an edge. We want somebody that is keen to change things up.
* Team mentality - we work together, take risks together, celebrate together and stay humble together.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £28,000.00-£29,000.00 per year
