Warranty Administrator Required in Southport
Our client, a prominent motor retailing group in Southport, is seeking a skilled and dedicated Warranty Administrator to join their team. The Warranty Administrator position is vital in managing warranty processes efficiently and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Competitive salary of approximately £25,000 per annum, with bonuses up to £5,000 based on performance
On-target earnings (OTE) of up to £30,000
Monday to Friday working hours from 8:00 am to 5:30 pm

Process warranty claims, documentation, and submissions accurately, following manufacturer procedures
Maintain precise records of vehicle and customer details
Liaise effectively with customers, workshop teams, and internal departments to ensure smooth workflow
Manage warranty administration tasks including invoicing and job costing
Promote warranties, service plans, and loyalty programmes to maximise revenue
Deliver exceptional customer service, fostering trust and confidence
Support the department’s loading process to optimise efficiency
Adhere to company policies, health and safety regulations, and relevant industry legislation
Uphold professionalism and effective communication during all customer interactionsRequirements:
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to handle customer queries professionally and efficiently
Attention to detail with accurate record keeping
Proven experience in warranty administration within the motor trade or a similar environment is desirable
Knowledge of warranty procedures and relevant legislation is advantageous
Familiarity with computerised recording systems and trade practices
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
