2. Class 2 – £15.20 (basic) – £17.90 (nights) – £19.75 (OT)
3. C1/7.5t – £14.55 (basic) – £17.90 (nights) – £18.75 (OT)
4. Trunking & Tramping – £16.20 – £18.80
