What You'll Do: As a Maintenance Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of manufacturing processes, machinery, tools, and the overall site. Your responsibilities will include: Daily Maintenance: Carry out planned preventive maintenance (PPM) on Pneumatic, Mechanical, Hydraulic, and Electrical systems according to a monthly schedule. Rapid Response: Quickly address machinery breakdowns, diagnose faults, and implement effective rectification measures. Documentation: Capture and record all maintenance activities, ensuring accurate tracking of work completed. Tooling Management: Identify underperforming tools and develop improvement plans, including justifications for capital replacements. Stock Management: Maintain an inventory of critical spare parts to minimize downtime. Collaboration: Work closely with the Production Manager and liaise with external contractors when necessary.
