About the Role
A leading global business services firm is seeking a talented commercial lawyer to join its in-house legal team in Bristol.
What You'll Do
* Draft and negotiate complex commercial outsourcing agreements with major banks, government organisations, and corporate clients
* Manage multiple high-value technology contract negotiations simultaneously with external client legal teams and lawyers
* Act as a trusted business adviser, partnering with stakeholders to assess and manage commercial risk, RFP's, SLA's, MSP's etc
* Deliver pragmatic, business-focused solutions in a fast-paced, demanding marketplace
What We're Looking For
* Qualified solicitor with strong commercial law experience (3-6 PQE)
* Excellent contract drafting and negotiation skills
* Ability to juggle multiple complex deals simultaneously
