🌟 About the Role
As Team Leader, you'll play a key role in shaping and supporting the delivery of high-quality, person-centred services for individuals affected by domestic abuse. You'll work closely with the Service Manager to drive service improvements, embed best practices, and ensure the team meets key performance indicators (KPIs).
You'll be a visible and active presence across teams, clients, and partner organisations-empowering staff through regular supervision and fostering a supportive, trauma-informed environment.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
Supportive Line Management: Provide regular supervisions and check-ins to ensure staff feel supported, motivated, and equipped to deliver exceptional services.
Person-Centred Support: Manage a caseload of clients, delivering tailored, strengths-based support.
Multi-Agency Collaboration: Work effectively with external partners to deliver holistic, joined-up support.
Safeguarding & Incident Management: Respond to safeguarding concerns and local incidents, ensuring appropriate action is taken and recorded.

Valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (business insurance required)
Experience working with vulnerable or socially excluded individuals
Willingness to participate in an on-call out-of-hours rota
