Purpose of the Role To provide hands-on support to the Sales & Marketing team in executing Admetec UKs marketing strategy. This role is ideal for someone with experience in events or marketing, with a strong foundation in campaign coordination, social media management, and content creation.Key Responsibilities Social Media & Content CoordinationAct as the central point of contact for sales reps to gather field updates, photos, and content ideasReview and refine social media submissions to ensure tone, messaging, and branding are consistentCollaborate with the Digital Marketing Executive to schedule and publish approved contentMaintain a content calendar and ensure timely posting of product updates, event highlights, and customer stories Creative Marketing SupportDraft flyers, adverts, banners, and other promotional materials for campaigns and eventsLiaise with design agencies and printers to produce marketing assetsMonitor stock levels of brochures, merchandise, and display items, and place orders as neededAssist with photography and content collection at events and product demos Event SupportAssist with booking venues, arranging catering, and coordinating logistics for trade shows, CPD courses, product demos, and webinarsPrepare attendee lists, send invitations, and manage RSVPsSupport the setup of virtual events including webinar platforms and registration linksHelp prepare presentation materials, signage, and delegate packs Sales Team LiaisonAct as the key point of contact for Admetec UKs sales representatives regarding marketing supportCoordinate the distribution of sales materials including brochures, product kits, and branded merchandiseEnsure reps have the correct and up-to-date collateral for demos, exhibitions, and client visitsSupport reps in planning and promoting local events, including practice visits, open days, and CPD sessionsGather feedback and content from reps to inform social media posts and marketing campaigns Communications & AdministrationHelp draft and distribute email campaigns to clients, distributors, and prospectsMaintain segmented mailing lists and ensure GDPR complianceSupport website updates and upload news articles, product updates, and event listingsLiaise with Finance to process supplier payments and monitor marketing spend against budgetTrack performance of marketing campaigns (email, social, events) and compile monthly reports to inform future strategyMaintain accurate records of contacts including distributors, prospects, and event attendees Person Specification Experience1–2 years of experience in a marketing or events roleDegree in marketing, communications, business, or a related fieldExperience using Adobe In Design is a plusFamiliarity with social media platforms and content creationBasic knowledge of email marketing tools (e.g., Hubspot)Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)Driving licence required SkillsStrong organisational and time management abilitiesExcellent written communication and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple tasks and deadlinesConfident and professional communicator with internal and external stakeholders CharacterReliable, proactive, and enthusiasticAccurate and well-coordinated, with strong attention to detailTeam-oriented with a willingness to learn and growPositive attitude and a genuine interest in marketing and eventsFlexible to travel and support occasional evening/weekend events
