* Salary – £12.31 per hr
* Contracted Hrs - 40 per week (Nights)
What You’ll Do
As a Support Worker, you’ll help individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs live safe, fulfilled, and independent lives. Your responsibilities will include:
* Providing person-centred support tailored to individual care plans
* Administering medication, preparing meals, cleaning, and completing documentation
* Offering emotional and practical support
* Encouraging community inclusion by supporting access to local services and activities
* Building strong, trusting relationships that promote independence and enhance quality of life
* Supporting individuals to explore hobbies, develop new skills, and reach personal goals
Qualifications
We’re seeking someone who is not only compassionate and reliable but also motivated to make a genuine impact. Ideal candidates will have:
* Previous experience in the care sector, specifically supporting vulnruble adults with learning disabilities
* The ability to multi-task, prioritise, and work flexibly
* Strong communication, time management, and IT skills
* A caring, positive, and proactive attitude
* Resilience and confidence in managing challenging behaviours
* A team player mindset, with the ability to also work independently
