Responsibilities
* Undertake multi-skilled electrical pre-planned maintenance, reactive maintenance, repairs, fault diagnosis, breakdown repairs and new works on equipment and carry out minor new installations.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety guidelines, statutory acts and regulations.
* Work with relevant tools and equipment; typical working hours cover five days over seven shift pattern that includes weekends (on a rota).
Qualifications
* Full driving license.
* Working knowledge of household facilities maintenance.
* Electrical apprenticeship or service training and qualified within a recognised body (City and Guilds, NVQ).
* 18th Edition BS 7671 (2019) qualified.
* Demonstrable knowledge of current applicable statutes and regulations and a verifiable working history; standard electrician skill set.
