My clients a growing logistics company looking for an Customer Service Account Manager to join their successful team!
Duties would include:
* Handling large key accounts
* Monitoring KPI's
* Weekly/ Monthly client meetings on-site
* To build and maintain a relationship with clients
* Monitoring costs and negotiating rates with suppliers
* Preparing monthly business activity report and revenue report
* Handling any queries and resolving them in a timely manner
* General admin/ customer service
Experience needed:
* Previous experience within a similar
* Experience within the freight/ logistics industry
* Outstanding customer service skills
* PC literate
* Excellent strategic, analytical and negotiation skills
Working hours:
* Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:30
