We are partnering exclusively with a fast-growing, market-leading organisation in the healthcare e-commerce sector, who are seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager to lead strategic partnerships and drive growth across its UK and EU Amazon portfolio.
This is a standout opportunity to work closely with senior leadership, owning key brand relationships, commercials, and marketplace strategy. This will involve scaling trusted healthcare and OTC products specifically across Amazon.
You’ll also be responsible for the leadership of a team of 2 Account Managers, driving high performance and play a vital role in shaping long-term market success.
This is a full-time, permanent position based at our client’s head office in Leicestershire.

Ideal Requirements
* E-commerce & Amazon Expertise – Demonstrated leadership in e-commerce, with hands-on experience driving growth across Amazon UK and EU marketplaces is highly preferred. Digital and E-Commerce experience is essential.
* Senior Stakeholder Influence – Confident managing and presenting to senior stakeholders, building credibility through clear, impactful communication.
* Commercial Ownership – Highly commercial mindset with proven experience owning negotiations, renewals, promotions, and strategic growth plans.
* Leadership experience – Proven experience of leading successful teams is highly desired, but not essential.
Role Responsibilities
* Drive Commercial Growth – Take full ownership of renewals, negotiations, promotions, and market expansion, shaping growth plans that unlock new revenue across existing and emerging EU marketplaces.
* Develop People & Performance – Lead and coach Account Managers within a lean, high-performing team, working cross-functionally to deliver results at pace while raising standards across partner delivery
* Shape the Future of E-commerce Growth – Work closely with the founder and senior leadership team to influence strategy, improve ways of working, and scale the Amazon Accelerator model across the UK and EU.
