Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to lead our bustling restaurant team at Malmaison’s Hotel Du Vin in Tunbridge Wells. This permanent, full‑time role offers a competitive salary of £28,500 per year and a 45‑hour work week. Candidates will play a key part in delivering exceptional service, maintaining brand standards, and driving guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities
* Deliver shift briefings and establish a high‑energy environment for large teams.
* Manage restaurant flow to consistently provide memorable guest experiences.
* Maintain brand standards across all service areas.
* Support internal career progression, potentially advancing to Head of Department.
Qualifications
* Prior experience as a Supervisor or Assistant Manager in a busy restaurant environment.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Commitment to high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
