The Role
You will:
* Carry out all required electrical maintenance and repair work in our properties, offices and any other buildings.
* Effectively use relevant online platforms/systems for record keeping, including recording of jobs and materials.
* Work as part of the Asset Operations team to deliver exceptional customer service and experience.

About You
We’relooking for someone who:
* Has completed a 4-year Electrical apprenticeship (SCQF 7) and has the 18th Edition Requirements for Electrical Installations BS7671.
* Has knowledge of trade specific legislation.
* Has knowledge of Health and Safety Regulations.
