This is your opportunity to play a key role in developing our workforce, supporting new starters, and ensuring training standards are consistently high across the site.
✅A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE
* Lead Inductions & Manual Handling Training – Facilitate new starter inductions and SMART manual handling sessions to ensure safety and compliance from day one.
* Training Administration & Compliance – Maintain and update training matrices, track refresher training schedules, and ensure all documentation is accurate and up to date.
* Update Safety Documentation – Regularly review and revise Safe Systems of Work (SSOWs) to reflect current operational practices and safety standards.
* Coordinate with Planning Team – Work closely with the planning department to align training schedules with operational needs, ensuring minimal disruption to warehouse activities.
