This post provides a crucial focal point for all communication to and from the Child and Family Team and involves interaction with patients, relatives, parents, carers, GPs, and other allied health care professionals. This post can also provide support to medical records/clerical service including administration and accurately progressing in line with the Patient Access Policy. The post will provide administrative support for the health visitors and school nursing team and will, on occasion, require the successful candidate to attend school visits to support the immunisation programme.

Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support for the Child and Family Team and health visitors & school nursing team.
* Interact with patients, relatives, parents, carers, GPs, and other allied health care professionals.
* Assist with medical records/clerical services and process in line with the Patient Access Policy.
* Occasionally attend school visits to support the immunisation programme.
Qualifications / Requirements
* Administrative experience or exposure to clerical duties within a healthcare setting is desirable.
* Ability to communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders including patients and professionals.
* Attention to accuracy and ability to follow policy procedures.
