A leading precision engineering company based in Telford is seeking a skilled Press Brake Setter Operator to join their dynamic team.----------------------------------------Shift Details: 4 x 10.5-hour shifts per weekMonday to Thursday: 4:30 PM 3:00 AMThursday night shift finishes at 2:00 AMOvertime available and encouraged----------------------------------------Pay & Benefits: Competitive hourly rate of £17.10Overtime paid at enhanced ratesLong-term career prospects in a growing companySupportive team environment----------------------------------------Key Responsibilities: Set up and operate CNC press brake machinery to bend and form metal componentsWork with mild steel, with occasional stainless steel and aluminiumRead and interpret engineering drawings to ensure accurate bending and formingSelect appropriate tooling and set machine parameters accordinglyCarry out in-process quality checks to ensure components meet required specificationsMaintain a clean, safe, and efficient working environment----------------------------------------About You: Proven experience as a Press Brake Setter OperatorStrong understanding of engineering drawings and tolerancesExperience using CNC press brake machineryHigh attention to detail and commitment to qualityAbility to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment----------------------------------------Join our night shift team and make a real impact with your skills and experience.----------------------------------------Please note: Due to the high volume of applications, we may not be able to respond to all applicants individually.
