is a business training company running live and virtual events in the UK. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our sales initiatives and marketing strategies. This role is pivotal in driving business growth through effective management of our sales team and the implementation of marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a solid background in B2B sales, and experience of direct response marketing.
Duties
* Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve company objectives.
* Manage and mentor the sales team, providing guidance and support to enhance performance.
* Track sales activities to understand ROI
* Monitor and analyse campaign performance, adjusting strategies as necessary to optimise results.
* Manage a sales team of four people and.a team of marketers - video, PPC, graphics etc
* Provide daily, weekly and monthly reporting
* Manager email, direct mail, PPC and video marketing to achieve the company's goals
* Increase attendance on webinars and live events
Experience
* Proven experience in a management role within sales or marketing, preferably in a B2B environment.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
* Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a track record of motivating teams to achieve targets.
* Proficiency in Keap or CRM software is highly desirable.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
