You will be responsible for assisting our Dutch/Flemish-speaking clients with their inquiries, ensuring they receive timely and accurate support.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide excellent customer support to Dutch/Flemish-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat channels.
* Handle product and service-related inquiries, providing clear and comprehensive information.
* Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
* Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions.

* Fluent in Dutch/Flemish (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is a plus.
