They specialise in delivering full ventilation solutions across new build residential, social housing, local authority, housing association and commercial projects, working closely with consultants, contractors and developers from early design stages through to installation. The Role Due to continued expansion, they are looking to appoint an Area Sales Manager to develop and grow business across the East Midlands East England region. This is a specification-led sales role, focused on building strong relationships across the construction and HVAC supply chain. You will be responsible for influencing projects at design stage, securing product specification and managing projects through to completion. Key Responsibilities Develop new business and manage key accounts across the East Midlands East England region Build and maintain relationships with: M&E consultants Architects and specifiers Main and regional contractors Housebuilders and developers Housing associations and local authorities Secure product specification on new build and refurbishment projects Work closely with contractors and installers to ensure successful delivery Identify opportunities within social housing, retrofit and commercial sectors Provide technical support and work collaboratively with the internal design and project teams Manage the full project lifecycle from enquiry through to order and delivery The Candidate We are looking for a motivated and technically minded sales professional with experience selling into the construction or HVAC markets. Ideal backgrounds include: Ventilation, air movement, MVHR, HVAC Specification or project-led sales M&E or building services products Experience working with consultants and contractors You will: Have a strong network within the region Be commercially driven and relationship-focused Be comfortable influencing at design stage Be organised and capable of managing long sales cycles Want autonomy and the opportunity to grow a territory The Package £30,000 £55,000 basic salary Uncapped commission Company car or car allowance Pension Career progression within a growing UK manufacturer Why Apply?
