How we’ll support you? You’ll be supported from the start through our Service and Know How Programme, a 12-month Apprenticeship. It includes safety training, product knowledge, customer service, and a nationally recognized qualification. Mentoring and coaching will support your development, with opportunities for career progression within our Group.
What you’ll be doing? You’ll gain experience in various areas within the branch, engaging with customers both face-to-face and over the phone. You’ll work with a team to deliver products safely and efficiently. Each day offers new experiences within our branch environment.
