Position: Senior Surveyor/Surveyor – Property Asset ManagementSalary: Up to £55,000 plus bonus + benefits Location: London, flexible hybrid available We are currently working on some fantastic opportunities for Senior Surveyors/Surveyors to join established teams and develop their careers across a range of sectors including offices, retail, industrial and leisure. You will be the primary contact, involved in all aspects of client service delivery, with a focus advising on opportunities to maintain and enhance the performance of the property investments. Our clients are looking for a “hands on” proactive approach, with a clear focus on customer service, experience in working with service charges, market leading ESG performance, wellness, and activation is desireable. Plus, leadership to deliver brilliant core services in accordance with KPIs is essential, in keeping with market leading professional property management services.About you:enthusiastic, focused on delivering the best possible result for clients and customersunderstanding of business development and client relationship managementproperty management experience is essentialto date knowledge of current legislation and case law relevant to property managementindustry specific packages (eg TBS Tramps/Yardi)to have post qualified experience in commercial property managementapproach to working across multi-disciplinary teams to deliver value-add for clients and customerscommunication skills, both verbal and written and presentation skillsproblem solving, analytical, negotiation, interpersonal and managerial skillsAbout the role:Understand clients’ business and asset management objectives to maximise client performanceBe proactive, identify and implement new approaches to improve efficiency, be customer focussed and improve performanceUnderstand client profitability and manage resource and productivity accordinglyEnsure that property database is accurately maintained. Pro-actively manage lease event dates such as reviews, lease expiries and options and assisting with strategy implementation.Rent & Service Charge collection – to be accountable for delivering pre-agreed collection targets for rent, service charge and other monies as appropriate.
