We are currently supporting a leading manufacturing company in the recruitment of a *Trainee Paint Sprayer / Spray Applicator* based in *Evesham (WR11)*.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career within manufacturing. You will receive hands-on training from highly experienced paint specialists, starting with preparation techniques and progressing to become a skilled paint sprayer.
*The Role*
*As a Trainee Paint Sprayer, your responsibilities will include:*
* Preparing items for spraying (cleaning, scraping, sanding as required)
* Assisting with and eventually carrying out spray-painting to a high standard
* Conducting quality inspections of finished products
* Supporting the wider team to ensure efficient production processes

* Previous manufacturing experience desirable (but not essential)
*No previous paint spraying experience required – full training provided.*
*Hours of Work*
* Monday to Thursday: 8:00AM – 5:00PM
* Friday: 8:00AM – 2:00PM
* Saturday (Overtime): 6:00AM – 10:00AM
*Pay Rates*
* £13.00 per hour (starting rate)
* £19.50 per hour (after 40 hours / Saturday overtime)
* £26.00 per hour (Bank Holidays)
