Description As the Resource Assistant, you will: Coordinate and manage resource allocation across the business Ensure effective communication between departments for optimal workflow Monitor workload and provide solutions to balance resources efficiently Support the recruitment and onboarding of new team members Maintain accurate records and generate regular reports on resource utilisation Assist in planning and implementing operational improvements Provide administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations Liaise with stakeholders to address resource-related queries and concerns.Profile A successful Resource Assistant should have: Excellent communication skills to partner with multiple areas of the business Strong excel skills Ability to prioritise and multi task effectively Able to work to deadlines Commercial mind set Experience in business support or resourcing Job Offer You will be rewarded with a salary of 32k-35k, hybrid working and 33 days holiday inclusive of bank holiday
