You will regularly act as Duty Manager, ensuring health & safety and compliance regulations are adhered to, while maximizing member experience.

About you:
As Operations Manager, we are looking for someone who:
* Has experience managing a large operational service delivery facility (e.g., restaurant, attraction, retail unit, sporting or leisure facility).
* Experience leading a variety of functions with variable challenges and goals, or across multiple departments.
* Experience in financial planning and management.
* Is passionate about customer service.
