We’re working with a well‑established organisation looking to bring in a Business Analyst to join their BA function. The role bridges the gap between business needs and technical delivery, supports UX design, drives change adoption, and mentors junior business analysts.
Responsibilities
The Business Analyst will:
* Elicit and document requirements across diverse projects.
* Support UX design and deliver technology solutions.
* Mentor and coach junior business analysts.
* Collaborate across cross‑functional teams.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in a Business Analyst role within technology environments.
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
* Experience mentoring or leading other BAs.
