We’re hiring a commercially driven Business Development Manager to join a high-performing sales team, focused on converting opportunities into revenue and driving consistent growth.
This is a consultative, closing-focused role where you’ll take ownership of high-quality opportunities and guide them through to successful outcomes. You’ll be working with a proven product, strong market presence, and a steady flow of pipeline, allowing you to focus on running effective sales processes and winning business.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Managing the full sales cycle from discovery through to close
* Leading consultative conversations to understand client needs and position solutions effectively
* Engaging key stakeholders and decision-makers across organisations
* Running structured discovery, demos, and commercial discussions
* Building strong business cases and clearly articulating value and ROI
* Maintaining momentum across multiple opportunities and ensuring consistent deal progression
* Collaborating with the wider commercial team to maximise conversion and performance
* Taking ownership of your pipeline and delivering against revenue targets
What We’re Looking For
* Experience in a closing role within technology, media, or digital solutions
* Proven track record of converting opportunities into revenue
* Strong consultative sales approach with the ability to lead structured sales processes
* Confident engaging stakeholders and navigating objections
* Highly organised with strong pipeline management skills
