Job Overview Youll be designing and developing our offsite modular bathroom and utility pods using Revit, digital workflows, and automated manufacturing tools. This is a role for someone who enjoys solving problems, working closely with production teams, and shaping how products are designed and delivered. Youll quickly become a central figure in the design office, with a clear path toward leading design and manufacturing processes as the business grows. Key Responsibilities Create detailed 3D models and drawings in Revit, including advanced family creation. Work with BeSmart Metal Collection and understand outputs for the Howick machine. Develop accurate, manufacturable pod designs for production. Collaborate with shopfloor teams to ensure smooth build workflows. Manage CAD data, IFC exports, and BIM-related processes. Support customer meetings and technical discussions. Contribute to continuous improvement and ISO 9001-aligned processes. Essential Criteria HND/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar. Strong Revit experience (essential). CAD background SolidWorks or similar is a bonus. Understanding of IFC data and BIM workflows. Practical shopfloor or manufacturing experience. Knowledge of metal frame design, plumbing, electrical layouts, and white-goods integration. Customer-focused mindset with confident communication skills. Experience with data management systems; ISO 9001 exposure is an advantage. Familiarity with pod design or modular/offsite construction is highly desirable.
