Working closely with other teams, external partners, and customers, you will help shape our Homeownership service offering and support improvements in customer satisfaction.Your responsibilities will include being the subject matter expert on key processes such as new model leases for shared ownership homes and Section 20 compliance. You’ll provide valuable advice and training to colleagues, ensuring that policies and systems remain up-to-date with relevant legislation and best practices. You should have a solid understanding of homeownership services, including leasehold management, shared ownership, and compliance with Section 20 regulations.We’re looking for someone who can collaborate effectively across teams, is confident in making recommendations based on data and insights and has strong communication skills to manage stakeholder relationships. Experience in project management, process improvement, and customer service is highly desirable.
