Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute a
comprehensive social media strategy
aligned with company goals and healthcare industry standards.
* Manage day-to-day posting, engagement, and monitoring across platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok).
* Create engaging and informative content (graphics, videos, stories, blogs, campaigns) tailored to diverse healthcare audiences.
* Ensure
accuracy, compliance, and sensitivity
in all communications (HIPAA/privacy, ethical guidelines).
* Monitor online conversations, respond to inquiries, and escalate patient-related issues appropriately.
* Track analytics, report on performance, and recommend strategies to improve reach, engagement, and conversions.
* Collaborate with marketing, clinical, and leadership teams to align messaging with brand voice and mission.
* Stay up-to-date on healthcare communication trends, social media best practices, and platform algorithm changes.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field (or equivalent experience).
* 2–4 years of professional experience managing social media accounts, ideally in
healthcare, wellness, or nonprofit sectors

* Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with an eye for visual content.
* Proficiency with scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Meta Business Suite).
* Familiarity with
healthcare compliance (HIPAA, patient privacy, ethical communications)

* Ability to interpret metrics and translate insights into actionable improvements.
* Creative thinker with excellent organizational and project management skills.
Preferred Skills
* Experience with
paid social advertising
and campaign management.
* Basic design/video editing skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, etc.).
* Knowledge of SEO and content marketing strategies.
