Following a recent refurbishment, the property offers exceptional facilities including two restaurants, a large events space, and a brand-new conference and events venue opening soon. The hotel operates year-round and caters to a wide range of guests, including weddings and events of up to 300 attendees. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the hotel’s kitchen operations, including both restaurant and banqueting services Design, develop, and regularly update menus across all outlets and events Collaborate closely with senior management to enhance the overall food offering Incorporate seasonal ingredients and innovative culinary techniques Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency Oversee kitchen team performance, training, and development Maintain strict health, safety, and hygiene standards Manage stock control, supplier relationships, and kitchen budgets About You Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef ready to step up Strong background in both restaurant and banqueting operations Creative, ambitious, and passionate about delivering high-quality food Excellent leadership and team management skills Knowledge of the local area and suppliers is highly desirable Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment What’s on Offer Competitive...
