We’re looking for a Service Planner based in our Sutton Depot.

What you’ll do:
6. Responsible for the daily planning and scheduling of Technician’s work on customer sites
7. Responsible for planning for Field Technicians from 3 UK depots
8. Organise onsite inductions for the Technicians
9. Responsible for the allocation of labour across sites for emergency breakdowns, preventative maintenance, installations and decommissions
10. Identify and allocate the correct Technician to the assignment, and ensure on-time delivery
11. Liaise with depots and Service Managers across the business
12. Provide a first-class customer service experience, both internally and externally
13. Support all departments with administrative or organisational tasks, etc
You’ll have the following skills and experience:
14. Experience working in a fast-paced reactive environment
15. Ability to plan, organise and prioritise own work
16. Well-developed interpersonal skills
17. Ability to work under own initiative and as part of a team
18. Attention to detail and deadlines
19. Computer literate and knowledge of Systems- preferably with experience of MS Windows, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel and Salesforce.
20. Self-driven with strong communication and people skills
