As a Customer Care Assistant, you will be the face of your restaurant, engaging with customers and ensuring smooth operations in customer areas. Responsibilities include welcoming children, handing out balloons, organizing special events, attending to customers' needs, maintaining cleanliness in dining and toilet areas, and creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere. You will establish and maintain positive communication with customers and keep the manager informed about customer satisfaction.
You will work in a fast-paced, energetic environment, and we seek someone with a genuine smile, the ability to connect with customers, and make them feel valued.
Ideal candidates will be friendly, welcoming, courteous, helpful, and able to work well as part of a team. Effective communication skills, such as attentive listening, face-to-face verbal communication, and eye contact, are essential. Maintaining high energy levels while working efficiently and productively is also required.
Availability to work shifts between 7am-4pm, 11am-8pm, and 4pm-1am, on weekdays and weekends, is essential.
