Position
PMO Workforce Planning Manager
Hours and Shift Pattern
36 hours per week, Monday – Friday. This post is offered on a permanent basis.
What You Will Do
To lead, coordinate and facilitate workforce planning and development in collaboration with service colleagues ensuring the Caring for Ayrshire programme has a workforce plan that sustains the current and future delivery of integrated care services for patients and services users as part of the Strategic Plan. You will also provide workforce planning expertise and support organisational Change Programmes, which will include the provision and analysis of workforce information ensuring this is appropriately presented and analysed.
Qualifications
* Education to degree level or equivalent.
* Postgraduate qualification to masters level or equivalent experience in a relevant area (e.g. clinical or general management, service planning, information management or human resources).
* Ability to identify, assimilate, critically evaluate and deliver on objectives with a high level of complexity equivalent to postgraduate level.
* Substantial planning and performance management skills.
* Excellent communication skills with proven ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders at all levels within the organisation.
* Proven IT skills.
* Experience of programme/project management which will include significant organisation, presentation and networking skills.
