MacGregor Black is partnering with a fast-growing consumer goods business operating within the beauty and wellbeing category to recruit a Senior Account Manager. This is a hybrid role based in the London area.
This position will take ownership of key retail partnerships, focusing on driving sustainable sales growth, strengthening customer relationships, and delivering strategic account plans across established and emerging product categories.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and develop key retail accounts, building strong long-term commercial relationships
* Deliver sales growth through effective joint business planning, promotional strategy and account development
* Analyse sales performance, identifying trends and opportunities to optimise product distribution and performance
* Lead regular business reviews with customers to evaluate performance and agree future growth initiatives
* Work closely with internal teams including marketing, supply chain, finance and product development to ensure successful execution of commercial plans
* Manage pricing, promotional investment and trading terms in line with business objectives
* Identify new opportunities to expand product listings and increase market presence within retail channels
* Monitor market trends, competitor activity and consumer behaviour to inform commercial strategy
What We're Looking For:
* Proven experience in account management or national account management within beauty, personal care, wellness or FMCG
* Experience managing major UK retail customers
* Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering sales growth and account development
* Experience developing joint business plans and executing promotional strategies
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and translate insights into action
* Excellent negotiation, presentation and relationship management skills
* Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
