* £24,404 - £25,183 pro rata (£12.65 - £13.05 per hour)

* Working hours Monday 9-12pm, Tuesday 9-12pm and Friday 9am -3.30pm (8.30 -3pm preferred).
Nacton C of E Primary School is seeking a highly organised and motivated Administrative Assistant to join our friendly and supportive team. Working as part of a team of three within the school office, the role will include receptionist duties along with general admin support.
You will:
* provide day-to-day administrative support including data entry, word processing and answering the phone
* manage the school lunch order and communicate with the school kitchen
* act as the first point of contact for parents, pupils, visitors, and external agencies
* record pupil attendance and provide first day calling for absent pupils as required
* maintain and update records and systems.
Previous school experience would be advantageous as well as evidence of excellent administrative and organisational skills.
Nacton C of E Primary School is a small village school with a family feel. We currently have 96 children on roll.
