Employment Solicitor – Essex
A well-regarded law firm in Essex is looking to add an Employment Solicitor to their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with 2+ years PQE to join a busy practice handling a varied employment law caseload.
The Role:
You will be advising on a wide range of employment matters, including:
1. Employee relations and HR advice
2. Disciplinary and grievance procedures
3. Tribunal claims and litigation
4. Redundancy and restructuring advice
5. Drafting contracts, policies, and settlement agreements
About You:
6. Circa 2+ years PQE in employment law
7. Confident managing your own caseload with support from senior colleagues
8. Strong client-facing skills with excellent communication
9. Commercially aware and proactive
