About the Role As an SEN Class Teacher, you will lead a small class of pupils with a range of additional needs, including autism, communication difficulties, and complex learning needs. You'll plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons, supported by a team of skilled teaching assistants and therapists. Your responsibilities will include: Delivering high-quality, creative lessons that meet individual learning needs Using strategies to support communication, independence, and emotional development Leading a team of support staff to deliver tailored interventions Tracking progress and setting achievable targets in line with EHCPs Building strong relationships with parents, carers, and external professionals About You We're looking for someone who is: A qualified teacher (QTS or equivalent) with a passion for SEN education Experienced in supporting children with autism, learning difficulties, or complex needs (desirable but not essential) Patient, nurturing, and committed to inclusive teaching practice Skilled in classroom management and differentiation Able to work collaboratively as part of a supportive team Why Join This School?
