Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Manager located in Thetford, with some work from home acceptable. The Sales Manager will be responsible for submitting bids in conjunction with the proposals team, developing strategies to achieve sales targets, maintaining customer relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. The Sales Manager will analyze market trends and prepare sales reports.
Day-to-day tasks include client meetings, presentations, and coordination with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.
Qualifications
* Experience in Sales Management, Business Development, and Customer Relationship Management
* Strong skills in Market Analysis, Sales Strategy Development, and Sales Reporting
* Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
* Proficiency in CRM Software and MS Office Suite
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Experience in selling to the Oil, Gas and Petrochemical industry is a plus
* Willingness to travel as required
